In our pilot, 83% of users saw improved mood, with anxiety dropping by 22% and stress by 18%. But Jammy isn’t just about vibes—it turns emotions into action. Members use it to enhance fitness with smarter yoga recommendations, navigate careers with purpose, and even break habits like morning doomscrolling.
