Facilitate 2025: What; How; Who; Why

Facilitation takes place in a variety of settings—meetings, conferences, events, youth work, community engagement, and schools. While facilitators often focus on helping others grow and change, this conference is dedicated to your development. It’s an opportunity to connect with peers, explore new tools and techniques, enhance your skills, and grow your business.

This event is open to anyone with an interest in facilitation, whether you’re just starting out or have years of experience, whether you work in-house or as an external consultant, and whether you facilitate occasionally or full-time.

What to Expect in 2025

Over the two days, you can look forward to a mix of workshops, talks, and networking opportunities, along with plenty of stationery, our famous raffle, and the ever-popular organized dine-around.

Our goal is to create a space where you can get curious, explore, question, challenge, and, most importantly, learn and grow. We’ll dive into the What, How, Who, and Why of facilitation—examining its impact and ensuring our practices address the challenges faced by many in today’s society.
